Sincera 4, the new semiautomatic model in stainless steel, allows the waxing of 4 bottles at a time, from a minimum size of 0,75 l. to a maximum of 3 l., with the possibility of expanding up to 5l. (optional upon request). Thanks to a touchscreen HMI, the operator can set either the temperature or cycle times, such as dipping, dripping and cooling, thus ensuring an optimal result. The machine, moreover, is equipped with motorized rollers for rotating the bottles during the automatic waxing cycle. The integrated LED system displays the machine status through the different colours of the Plexiglas panels. Upon request, it is possible to install height regulation system of the tank and the automatic stamping system, both managed via the operator panel. Being on wheels, this model is easily maneuverable in the workplace. |
