Sincera SL14C is an automatic bottle waxing machine that, by using the same technology as its larger sister SL14, offers extremely compact dimensions allowing it to be installed in-line within a production system or operated manually by one or more operators, while maintaining high both productivity and quality.
Depending on the capsule size, the maximum output ranges from 1,100 to 1,500 bottles per hour.
Measuring only 2.3 meters in length, the modular stainless-steel structure can be equipped with various stamping systems, cooling units, and loading/discharge conveyors, ensuring complete flexibility for different production needs.
A key innovation is the removable trolley, which integrates the melting tank and a 20-kg wax loading unit, providing up to four hours of continuous operation. The entire trolley can be safely removed and replaced with another pre-heated unit containing a different color, allowing for instant color change operations without the need for cleaning or downtime.
